We were taught how to weigh paint... yes different colours have different weights! Then we learnt how to mix the paints with a pouring medium. The key is that all your pouring mixture must be of the same consistency for this technique to work. Then we layered the various paint colours into a cup and poured that in a circular motion onto a canvas! The works of art that we created were all stunning. This same technique can be used on rock painting or any other surface. Once happy with the end product, use a blow torch lightly on the art work and carefully carry your artwork home! Don’t let anyone poke it to see if it is dry... as it needs to dry over night for at least 24 hours! We are now Fluid Art & Acrylic pour painting Enthusiasts! 😘
