Girls night out with a difference. We arrived at the Pub in Table View – Boogie Bar. Already to go, waited for about 1 hour before they started and got going. Gosh these people that played take it very seriously. ;-)

Nadine was tops as usual. Our group did really well, at some point we were at 2^nd place. All really enjoyed the evening and a definite must do this again. For those wanting to do this with their partners or friends, the Pub run the pub quiz every last Thursday of the month.

Girls Wanna Rock Show _August 2011

The KKC Girls (and a few co-opted members) joined up at the Barnyard for the Girls Wanna Rock show. Due to a Women’s Day (month) special, we managed to get tickets for only R 30 each. We ordered pizzas from Barnyard and got some wine free (another special). The quality of the free wine was debatable as quite a few comments of intense thirst were received the next day...;-)

The show was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately dancing on the tables was not allowed, but I am sure a few of us felt like hopping up. The singers were phenomenal and their role-playing was quite accurate and, at times, quite hilarious. This show definitely Rocked!
