The ladies all went to Pixikat ceramics studio to do some bubble blowing. Each lady chose 1 or more items from the shelf. These were already made items which have been bisque fired but still need to be glazed. A demonstration was given by the talented owner of the studio, Peta, and then the ladies all had a go at glazing the items they selected. A variety of plates and bowls had bubbles blown onto them and much fun was had by all. Plus we had some bubbly to drink and plenty of snacks as always. After lots of blowing through straws, some clear glaze w painted on the items and they were left to go in the kiln. We got them back a couple of weeks later and the results were absolutely amazing.
